Who is teaching this
I'm Lydie Jean. Thirteen years leading client projects in tech, where my whole job is convincing people to say yes to the right setup. I host a monthly sales mindset workshop for women building with AI. And I'm building this challenge in public, from day zero, doing every single assignment I give you, on camera, with my real numbers showing. You won't find fake screenshots here. You'll find receipts as they happen.
The negotiation nobody sees
A while ago I caught myself rehearsing an apology before quoting a price. Nobody asked me for the apology. Nobody haggled. I haggled with myself, alone, before the conversation even started. That's when I understood: the negotiation that kills most sales happens in our own heads, before anyone else gets a vote. This challenge is about ending that negotiation.
What happens in 21 days
Week 1
UNSCATTER THE OFFER.
You name the pattern that crashes you, then aim it. You pick ONE offer from your pile of ideas, write the one sentence that describes it without apologizing, and set a price without the pre-discount.
Artifact: your offer, your sentence, your price.
Week 2
MAKE THE ASK.
We build your second brain around one job: a daily ask. You learn what your nervous system is doing before a sales conversation and how to settle it, so the ask actually leaves your mouth.
Artifact: real asks made, counted on a scoreboard.
Week 3
FOLLOW UP AND HOLD.
The follow-ups nobody sends, sent. Selling from mental wealth instead of scarcity. And a 5-minute daily reset installed so the whole machine keeps running after day 21.

What I promise, and what I don't
I won't promise you income. Anyone who promises income is selling you a lottery ticket. I promise the reps: by day 21 you will have one offer, one unapologetic sentence, a price you held, your offer put in front of real humans, and follow-ups actually sent. Money becomes possible because the asks finally happen.
How it runs
Live sessions on Zoom in the evenings, recorded if you miss one. Exact session days get set with the cohort once doors close, based on when the majority can make it. Daily assignments of 20 minutes or less, built for scattered, multi-passionate brains, which means built to actually get finished. A cohort that starts together and ends together. Doors close September 14 and do not reopen for this round.
For you if
You have a service, a skill, or an offer (or one idea you keep circling) and the selling is where it dies. You're done collecting courses and ready to do reps in a room.
